I know it really lifted Stephen's spirits to have his brother with him after his amputation.

Just a short note to express our deepest gratitude to each of you at OFR who
has assisted us these past seven months. Our son, Kevin Hardin, remains at
WRAMC and faces another major surgery but we know with all the support
and prayers from people and organizations such as OFR that he will come through
this like a shining start! Indeed, we are very grateful to you and
especially Heather Sliwinski. She is always there for us regardless of day or night.
I pray that you will be richly blessed for what you continue to do.

in support of the 7th Special Forces Group. Your organizations' support was
astounding, without hesitation you opened your arms to our families and we
sincerely thank you. If it were not for your support the financial burden would
have prevented attendance of several family members. The emotional support
afforded to the family members that you assisted aided immensely in bringing
closure to the loss of their loved one. I sincerely thank you for your professionalism

was one of the first organizations to offer assistance as well as advice right after Rodney
was wounded and recovering at Fort Gordon. You were life savers in a stormy sea to me,
you listened and gave me hope. I never properly thanked you for that -
I will never forget your kindness, understanding and support. I see from your site
your organization has grown - that is a good thing - so more wounded warriors and
their families can be assisted. I was asked out of all the organizations out there which
one made the most difference to us - Operation First Response was my answer.
Financially as well as being personally supportive.
