Each month members of the Fairfax Presbyterian Church, Fairfax Virginia, gather to pack hygiene kits for the OFR Backpacks.

Colonel Wesley Fox's Young Marines from Front Royal, Virginia help fill backpacks on a regular basis at the OFR Headquarters located in Culpeper, Virginia.

OFR backpacks are sent to combat support hospitals
in Iraq and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. The backpacks are given to our wounded when they arrive at the hospitals with no personal belongings.
These backpacks ensure that our wounded have a little love from home to comfort them until they return to the states.
Each 17" completely black backpack (no logos)contains the following items:
T-shirt
Sweat pants (solid colors: black, navy, gray)
Sweat shirt (solid colors: black, navy, gray)
Knit boxers
White crew socks
Tooth Brush
Tooth Paste
Dental Floss
Mouthwash
Deodorant
Cotton swabs
Disposable razors
Non- aerosol shaving cream/gel
Shampoo
Hand Lotion
Body Powder
Anti bacterial wet wipes
5"hair combs
Nail clippers/file
Prepaid phone card
Handmade cot quilt
